Design
Prior to any cost estimations Arena Constructions can and will provide multiple options for architectural and design plans to suit the proposed Commercial, Multi-Residential or custom home project. Following on from the detailed drawings Arena has access to an amplitude of consultants with the experience and knowledge to get your project out of the ground and flowing;

Tender
Arena Constructions prides themselves on producing detailed tender documents tailored to the required construction methods and budgets set out for the proposed project. Arena will work closely with the clients to ensure we have exhausted all possible cost saving exercises and material options.

On completion of the tender process Arena will provide a trade breakdown and schedule for the proposed project as well as any bank required documents to assist with the finance stages.

Trade Selection
Arena Constructions has consumed a lot of time ensuring the Trades that are associated with each project are well priced and have a great reputation in the Residential and Commercial sectors. Having Respected trades ensure for a smooth construction process as well as a great culture on each reoccurring project.

In-House Effectiveness
Arena Constructions has outlined a large level of in-house effectiveness from owning their own earthworks machinery, performing internal civil works right through to in-house carpenters and supervisors. In doing the above we have been able to manage timelines more closely and work around uncontrollable onsite delays like rain and wet seasons.
